The Buffalo Lake gives you the freedom to choose multiple floor layouts in the loft. 1120 square feet of living area on the main floor and up to 1486 on the second floor, two or three bedrooms are available.

The bonus room above the garage allows for the extra 640 feet. This makes an elaborate master bedroom for those that need that extra room. A rear veranda or formal dinning room, are some of the options that are available.
